be grateful if he could have information regarding
(a) progress made with housing in Hong Kong since the end of the war, with details of any schemes or plans that are projected; and
(b) similar information regarding the expansion a educational facilities, so far as new primary and secondary schools, teacher training facilities etc. are concerned.
